What is the purpose of MyPFI?

MyPFI is the central hub of news, partnership materials and resources for the Prison Fellowship International global family. It provides National Ministries access to essential information, best practices and more to further transform lives of those impacted by crime and incarceration, through Jesus’ love. MyPFI serves to foster better communication, collaboration and connection among our National Ministry Members.

How do I create my MyPFI account?

To create your MyPFI account, click on the “Request Account” button at the top of this page. Fill in the required details, including your full name, email address, country, ministry/organization name and region. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions to complete and confirm your account registration.

Help, I forget my password!

If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the Log In page. Enter the email address you used to create your account to receive a password reset link sent to you. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

Who should I contact for support, issues or questions regarding MyPFI?

For any issues or questions regarding MyPFI, contact marcom@pfi.org. Include your name, email address and page link (if applicable) when submitting a request. Our team will respond as soon as possible.

How can I submit my National Ministry’s reports and data?

To update your National Ministry’s organizational information, you must be an Executive Director or Board Chair. Submit any information changes on the portal.

If you are a program partner looking to submit information for a quarterly or annual review, continue submitting your reports, reviews and data the same way you have been (i.e., Smartsheet, via email, Box upload, etc.). Links to quarterly review reporting can be found on secured program pages. Prison Fellowship International is working towards a more integrated approach in the future.
